In March 2026, I graduate from Bunka Gakuen Fashion Graduate University. I will receive a Master’s in Clothing Science Studies in the Global Fashion Concentration from the Graduate School of Fashion and Living Environment Studies.

During my time in Tokyo, I have created a documentary on nonbinary and x-gender people in Japan and how they present themselves visually. This work is based on the research I conducted for my Master’s. Learn more about my research here.

Prior to living in Japan, I graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in May 2022. I majored in Global Studies with a focus in Economics, a minor in International Communications, and received a Japanese Language Certification.

I am formerly a Social Media Coordinator at NYXL Esports Entertainment and a Video Editor for Jen Cohn. I also have a wealth of experience creating graphics, making websites, and doing photography for independent projects.

My duties at NYXL included planning/copywriting/scheduling social content, ideating potential brand IP’s, and communicating directly with YXL Influencers to build the NYXL creative community. I occasionally created content and posted on the Excelsior or Subliners team pages. Please find more of my work at NYXL here.

With Jen Cohn, I managed the Youtube page, including making custom thumbnails, as well as created short-form content for TikTok and Instagram reels.

With a background in Global Economics and International Communications, I have a passion for connecting people across all cultures and boundaries to understand one another and find a middle ground where we can all peacefully coexist. I also have a creative-type mind and love media content creation using Adobe products and Canva!
